INCORRECT ADDRESS/FLOWERS NOT RECEIVED
As per our T&Cs we are not responsible for any mistakes / incomplete order details. After placing an order an automated confirmation is sent to our customers’ email address to serve as a proof of the order details, shipping address included, and to give them a chance to revise any incorrect details they might have provided. It is the customers’ responsibility to inform us immediately about any changes to the order details.
As a good will gesture I would like to offer to resend the flowers to the full correct delivery address. Please advise.
